PoshGrow ("PoshGrow", "we", "us", "our") is a full-service digital marketing agency based in Bangladesh. We work with businesses in the United States and around the world on services such as Google Ads, local and website SEO, video editing, AI content and websites. This policy applies to our website at poshgrow.com and to the services we provide.

By using our website or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2.Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in a form, book a call, email us or message us, you may share:

• Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number
• Your business name, website and the services you are interested in
• Details about your project, goals and budget that you choose to write to us
• Billing details needed to invoice you (we do not store full card numbers on our own systems)

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, standard technical data may be collected, such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, time spent and the page that referred you.

Information from third parties. If you come to us through an ad, a social platform or a booking tool, that platform may pass us the details you submitted there.

3.How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiries and provide quotes or proposals
• To deliver, manage and improve our services for you
• To send invoices, project updates and important service messages
• To send marketing emails or messages about our services, where the law allows or you have agreed. You can opt out at any time

6.Client & ad account data

When you hire us, you may give us access to your ad accounts, analytics, website, social profiles, files or customer data. We use this access only to deliver the agreed work. We do not use your accounts, audiences or data for any other client or for our own purposes, and access is removed when the engagement ends or on your request.

7.How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, or to resolve disputes. After that, we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your information earlier (see Your rights).

8.Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls, secure connections and limiting who can see client data. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously and will act quickly if something goes wrong.

10.International transfers

We are based in Bangladesh and work with clients and tools in many countries, so your information may be stored or processed outside your own country. Where required, we take steps to make sure it stays protected to a reasonable standard wherever it goes.

Our services and website are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
